I ordered a mobile from *gud service. Order id: ******************. I received a mobile from a different seller. I had network issues, overheating, slow charging and fast battery draining problem, sometimes the keyboard doesn't respond, WiFi and hotspot stop responding. So I placed a return and refund but the seller is not responding. I placed a query email to *gud even they didn't resolve the issue. My return Id:********************. My query id: IN*******************. Kindly help with the issue & stop their fraud against the customers.
