I have ordered a Honor Play mobile in *Gud.com by paying using Netbanking. After getting money, they have cancelled the order and told that we have intiated refund request. But as of till now the referance number they said is wrong, and telling the same. After * days, they even not responding on call or mail or call back also. I want my refund today itself. Do they have values.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
