- 2 months extra validity not given Open
I went to my uncle home for pongal holidays leave. I arranged TV and videocond*h setup. I called videocon d*h customer on ** JAN **** and asked for any offer is available for my UNCLE's d*h account. I was told that if I recharged for **** rupees I will get ** months + * months extra validity(total validity of * year) . Then I recharged immediately for **** rupees. I got the validity upto ** Nov ****(** months only). Then I cancelled some paid unwanted channels, hence the validity extends upto to ** DEC ****(DUE TO CANCELLED CHANNELS). I asked about * months extra validity and talked with several times with customer service people and higher officials from ** jan **** to till ** feb **** approximately ** times and fed up. My time waste and mental torture and tension because of this. I am submitting one of my telephone conversation as a proof of evidence. Please do the needful
