I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my refund request for a flight booking.
I, Meghna, had made a booking for my travel from Bangalore to Ahmedabad and return, with the following flight details:
Bangalore to Ahmedabad: ** December ****
Ahmedabad to Bangalore: * January ****
Unfortunately, due to a severe medical emergency involving food poisoning, stomach ache, and vomiting, I was hospitalized. The treating physician has strongly advised complete bed rest for the specified time period, compelling me to cancel my Indigo flight.
Despite my numerous attempts and diligent efforts to comply with the refund process, which included attaching my medical certificate, the doctor's consultation details, and receipts from the hospital, I have yet to receive my ***% refund.
I have uploaded all the required documents on the portal on five separate occasions, and regrettably, the refund remains unresolved.
I request your immediate attention to this matter, as the delay is causing considerable inconvenience and financial strain. I trust you will address this concern promptly and ensure the timely processing of my full refund.
I appreciate your understanding and urgent action on this matter.
