I am deeply concerned about the deceptive practices employed by individuals or entities associated with your "SHOPCLUES", which have resulted in significant financial loss and emotional distress on my part.
I came across what seemed to be a legitimate job opportunity advertised on "Youtube" on **/**/****. The position was for a "Part time job" with your SHOPCLUES, and the job description and benefits appeared promising. Encouraged by the seemingly genuine nature of the opportunity, I proceeded to engage with the individuals involved through online communication channels, including email and Whatsapp & telegram.
During the course of the application process, I was asked to provide personal information, such as my full name, address, contact details, and even sensitive data like my social security number. Moreover, I was requested to make an upfront payment of Rs.*** for various reasons, including processing fees, background checks, or training materials. Trusting in the legitimacy of the job offer, I complied with their requests, believing that it was part of a standard procedure.
Unfortunately, after making the payment and sharing my personal information, I discovered that the job opportunity was nothing more than a fraudulent scheme. The individuals I interacted with vanished, ceased all communication, and the promised job never materialized. It became evident that I had fallen victim to a well-orchestrated online job fraud.
I am deeply disturbed by the financial loss I have suffered as a result of this fraudulent activity. Furthermore, the emotional toll this experience has taken on me cannot be understated. I trusted in the integrity of your "SHOPCLUES" and believed that I was pursuing a genuine employment opportunity. However, I now find myself grappling with the consequences of this deceitful act.
In light of these events, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
Investigation: Conduct a thorough investigation into the fraudulent job posting and the individuals associated with it. Identify the culprits involved and take appropriate legal action against them.
Assistance: Provide any available assistance in recovering the funds I lost due to this fraudulent activity. This may include guidance on reporting the incident to law enforcement agencies, cooperating with any ongoing investigations, or connecting me with relevant resources to mitigate the financial impact.
Preventive Measures: Strengthen your "SHOPCLUES" security measures and take necessary steps to prevent similar instances of fraud from occurring in the future. This includes implementing stricter verification processes for job postings, monitoring suspicious activities, and educating users about potential job scams and warning signs.
