I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent purchase of a BPL AC (model: SAC **K INV*S BAS-V***ATFG) on May *th, ****. Unfortunately, the AC is not functioning properly, and a technician visit on ** and ** May did not resolve the issue.
This is highly disappointing, especially considering the recent purchase and the inconvenience caused by a non-functional AC during this hot weather.
Given the repeated attempts to resolve the issue through a technician visit and the ongoing inconvenience, I believe a full refund is the most appropriate solution. I kindly request a full refund for the AC, including the installation fees. I am no longer interested in a replacement unit.
Please process the refund to my original payment method as soon as possible. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the immediate pickup of the faulty AC.
