I Shipped One Of My Parcels Containing Apparel Using Delhivery Courier On **th April . It Was Supposed To Be Delivered To Mau In Uttar Pradesh ,The Packaged Reached The Nearest Delivery Station Where It Always Reaches When Package Is Supposed To Be Delivered To That Address But They Did Not Call The Reciever Of The Package And Did Not Even Make The Parcel Out For Delivery. Finally After Keeping It In The Same City For Few Days They Said The Package Was Being Returned As The Customer Was Unavailable. That Was Also Okay But The Package Came Back To The Origin City ,I.E ,Jaipur And To My Nearest Delivery Hub On **st April And Then They Just Kept It There.. No Call,No Messages Nothing, I Constantly Kept Emailing Them As There Is No Number Provided Every Email They Just Replied We Have Escalated The Query And You Will Get Your Package Within Few Days . But Mothing Happened And I Kept Emailing Them Asking For The Whereabouts Of My Package Of Apparel.. Then One Day I Got An Email From Them Asking Th Value Of My Package Which I Said Was Rs. **,*** And Then They Didn't Reply Anything After That .They Have Clearly Lost My Package And Now Are Just Avoiding The Emails So They Don't Have To Pay The Refund . Its Been * Months Now Since My Packge Was Recieved At My Nearest Delivery Station And Still They Are Not Returning It To My Address Nor Giving Me A Refund.
