On dated **th June **** I booked a cab of Ola from Terminal * international Airport Mumbai to Dattawadi Badlapur thane maharashtra. It was around **.** AM late night. I was with my son and he was in fever. Driver in between ride after * to * kms asked whether this cab booked for cash payment or postpaid ola money. i told him it is postpaid and not in cash. He told me that he cannot continue ride unless he would not be given cash amount. He forced me to leave the cab immediately. I was completely frightened as it was late night and all shops in that area were closed. I told him i will pay you online and would adjust amount with ola postpaid wallet. He finsihed ride and left me at my destination and i paid him with gpay. Later when i informed ola for this they are saying we cant adjust your amount in wallet. if you paid in cash its your concern. I had talk wth their customer support and mailed several mails to nodal officer, Grievance officer to adjsut money from wallet but they denied. they said its not my issue. It means your safety is not issue of ola. This is worst service .please dont believe them . request ola to adjust my money from wallet.
