Mr. Himanshu Peter visited our online consumer forum portal on May 17,2018 at 10:35 a.m. and filed a complaint against Amazon for delivering a wrong a product. On receiving the complaint immediate actions were called regarding this issue. We sent an email to the company and started a social media campaign. On the next day i.e 18th May 2018 at 07:35 a.m. Mr. Peter again visited our portal and marked his complaint as resolved.

A brief look into the complaint :

Our client Mr. Himanshu Peter had complained that he ordered a 16GB RAM from Amazon India but instead, to his shock, he was delivered an 8GB RAM. Immediately, our client talked to the Amazon customer team about this issue and they assured him that the full refund will be provided. But to his shock, after a few days, he got an email from Amazon that they won’t be able to refund any money. Seeing this our client felt cheated and decided to raise a voice against Amazon and that’s when he landed on our portal. Our client Mr. Prasanth Didla had ordered a Mi led Tv 4c pro (32cm) with Mi extended warranty on 23rd October 2018. The order was couriered via Delhivery courier service (awb No. 1701711024494). The order was received at the shipment center but that’s where the trouble began. Since then our client was provided with no updates about the whereabouts of the product. Mr. Didla even complained about this issue several times to mi and Delhivery but still, there was no proper response from either side. Soon our client received a call from Shinehunts and the complaint was marked as resolved on 9th January 2019 at 16:02 p.m.

A brief look into the Job complaint :

Our client Mrs. Abhilasha Bajpai got a call from Shinehunts stating that she is being offered with job opportunities. Moreover, after detailed discussion our client was told to pay Rs. 2700 for Registration charges, which she duly did. After sometime our client was again told to pay Rs. 10000, this time assuring that she will be offered a job immediately. Our client, given the insurance, decided to pay this amount in order to secure the job. In neither of the cases were the receipts’ provided to her. Mr. Raunak Surana visited our portal on 29th October 2018 at 9:46 a.m. and filed a complaint against Swiggy for delivering a wrong product and of substandard quality. We immediately took action against this matter and started the social media campaign straight away. Within an hour of posting this complaint, our client soon received a call from Swiggy and marked his complaint as resolved on 10:34 a.m on the very same day.

Our client Mr. Raunak had ordered a Rasgulla from the Swiggy app, but due to its unavailability, the order was somehow changed to Ledikeni. Since our client did not want to go through the trouble of replacing it and wasting his time he decided to eat what’s in front of him. However, to our client’s shock, the order which was delivered had a very foul odour and the taste was also of substandard quality. So Mr. Raunak decided to exchange the order and this time he ordered two Rasgullas and paid Rs. 40 for it as Swiggy assured him that later they would compensate for the previous order. Moreover, the jar containing the Ledikini was also picked up by the delivery boy. But Swiggy refused to compensate for this order and decided to charge him for both the orders. This was another shock for our client as he was a regular Swiggy user and didn’t expect such bad customer service.
