Online Shopping Website Complaint Resolved – Amazon Complaint Resolved

Timeline :

Mr. Himanshu Peter visited our online consumer forum portal on May 17,2018 at 10:35 a.m. and filed a complaint against Amazon for delivering a wrong a product. On receiving the complaint immediate actions were called regarding this issue. We sent an email to the company and started a social media campaign. On the next day i.e 18th May 2018 at 07:35 a.m. Mr. Peter again visited our portal and marked his complaint as resolved.

A brief look into the complaint :

Our client Mr. Himanshu Peter had complained that he ordered a 16GB RAM from Amazon India but instead, to his shock, he was delivered an 8GB RAM. Immediately, our client talked to the Amazon customer team about this issue and they assured him that the full refund will be provided. But to his shock, after a few days, he got an email from Amazon that they won’t be able to refund any money. Seeing this our client felt cheated and decided to raise a voice against Amazon and that’s when he landed on our portal. Mr. Peter filed a complaint against Amazon at our portal and requested us to help him get his money back.

The resolution provided by us:

After getting to know that no refund will be provided, Mr. Peter was left frustrated with Amazon services and so he decided to file a complaint against Amazon at our consumer complaint website. We looked into the matter and started a social media campaign as soon as we received the complaint. The campaign was spread all over social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. We also sent an email to Amazon requesting them to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Soon our client received a call from Amazon and the complaint was marked as resolved on 18h May 2018 at 07:35 a.m.
