Consumer Complaint Against Courier Service – Delhivery Complaint Resolved

Timeline :

On 16th November 2018 at 10:24 a.m., Mr. Prasanth Didla filed a complaint at our portal against Delhivery courier services. As soon as we received the complaint, immediate actions were taken to resolve the issue. We sent an email to the company and also started a social media campaign. After a few days on 23rd November 2018 at 9:34 a.m. Mr. Didla again visited our portal and marked the complaint as resolved.

A brief look into the complaint :

Our client Mr. Prasanth Didla had ordered a Mi led Tv 4c pro (32cm) with Mi extended warranty on 23rd October 2018. The order was couriered via Delhivery courier service (awb No. 1701711024494). The order was received at the shipment center but that’s where the trouble began. Since then our client was provided with no updates about the whereabouts of the product. Mr. Didla even complained about this issue several times to mi and Delhivery but still, there was no proper response from either side. After getting frustrated with them, Mr. Didla decided to file a complaint against Delhivery at our portal and requested us to help him in resolving the issue.

After getting fed up of getting no calls answered and not knowing the whereabouts of the product, Mr. Prasanth Didla decided to file a complaint against Delhivery at our portal. We looked into the matter and started a social media campaign as soon as we received the complaint. The campaign was spread all over social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. We also sent an email to Delhivery requesting them to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Soon our client received a call from Delhivery and the complaint was marked as resolved on 23rd November 2018 at 9:34 a.m.

Be aware of Delivery fraud
