I booked a Zoomcar on **th December **** and for a trip between *st Jan **** and *th jan****. i had to cancel it on the same day i.e. **th December **** due to personal reasons. now after * and a half moths, I still have not received any refunds and all the customer care number of Zoomcar is nonresponsive.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
