I am writing this complaint against zoom car as on ** aug i made a booking from the app and i was able to process it later on customer care helped me out and convinced me that the booking has been cancelled and the refund will br processed back to me with in a month and for now it's been several months that I've been trying to get back to the customer service but no responses to my mails or calls regarding the refund .
