I have asked the customer care to update my location to the delivery boy …not to change my address since the delivery boy told me that he was getting some wrong address. I also told the delivery boy to deliver the order as you know the location and you are a local boy. He demanded me to pay extra **rupees to deliver the order. I have refused to pay extra cash. That’s why he cancelled my order.
Since my order was for cake and no food wastage is there as the bakery does not prepare cake on ordering. I should not be charged for this.
Please refund the amount as there was no other way to cancel my cancellation too.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
