Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited - Xiaomi 11 Lite Ne Phone Blast

My Xiaomi ** Lite NE *G phone got blasted in my right front pocket of my jeans, and my hand have been injured-badly due to this. After the incident, I contacted Xiaomi on **th Oct **** regarding this matter, but they didn't even seem to care about it. They keep delaying my request on e-mail (service.in@xiaomi.com) and their Twitter handle(@MiIndiaSupport) account, with no proper resolution whatsoever. Therefore, I'm requesting Voxya (voice of consumers) to intervene in this matter because Xiaomi is taking this matter very lightly.

This incident happened while I was in my car with my dad. I was going for an interview at GlobalLogic Technologies Limited, Gurugram, and in a matter of few-second, my phone burst into flames & a huge smoke came out. I reacted on time to take out the burning phone from my jeans which also got burned & I ran for medical attention immediately & was lucky enough to get medicine then. Otherwise, it could have been a lot worse. So, I request Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd to take this matter very seriously and provide me with compensation of INR * Lakhs, as it was a life-threatening situation. This incident could have turned-out to be a lot worse if I had left my phone in the car.
