Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited - Damage mobile phone delivered do not get replacement

I wish inform you that I purchased a REDMI K** mobile phone online mi store, on **/**/**** and delivered at **/**/****.When I got this mobile phone,I notice that some glue sticking to the side of the camera and the display and also seen that its main camera was not properly mounded.From this I understand that it was used phone or refurbished by someone earlier.Because of this incident, I registered a complaint with the xiaomi to get the proper solution.But they did not get a proper answer from their side.Every time I contact them, they tell me to wait a few days.I have been waiting for about eleven days now and have not received a clear reply from them.What should I do in this situation?.This device is in replacement period, photos, customer complaint id, order id is attached for your reference.please do the needful.
