I bough xiaomi Mi tv * months back. after * month of usage remote stopped working. after that we were using it with android tv app.
then suddenly tv start to hang and we reset the tv. device was unable to setup after that. raised the issue to xiaomi service sent an engg. which one dont know how to operate the tv anyhow tv get setup. changes the battery of remote nothing happened and they gone again escalate to customer service. again technician come. did not bring the new remote and open my brand new tv. just to show we are working tv is working with app and not working with app instead of testing with new remote they opened up my tv and make it second hand. now vibration is there in my tv not fitted well. i just need a full package replacement tv got opened remote not working. what should i do with the device.
