I have ordered Redmi K** pro Flame Red *+*** GB on *th October **** Order number **************** payment mode was No Cost EMI from Bajaj Finserv Ltd and exchange of old mobile phone. Expected delivery date for the product was **th October **** but delivery boy came to deliver the product on **th October **** and he refused to exchange my old mobile since then there was no update. Yesterday when I went to Ekart hub near to me and enquired about the product they said the product was untraceable. I have called them *** times and registered a complaint as well but nothing happened. Please have a look.
