Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I had requested a refund for my booking ID mentioned in the subject line on ** November ****, however, after * months when I called, I have just received a whatsapp message from MMT stating that refund is not applicable.
In this light, please note the following:
*. The flight was cancelled by me because departures from Johannesburg were closed at that time due to omicron variant. As a result, there was no question of being able to board the flight on *rd December ****.
MMT should not have been showing flights which were not possible to be boarded due to legal restrictions on your app.
*. Further,the ticket I received, no where states that the flight is not refundable.
*. Moreover, the flight was cancelled well in advance on **th November ****.
*. Finally I hope MMT understands INR ***,*** is no small amount which they are denying from refunding.
In this backdrop, MMT’s message stating that refund is not applicable is not all acceptable and wholly illegal.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
