My spicejet flight was delayed and there was an option from airline to claim refund or change. We opted for refund . The airline has issued the refund of the said amount but mmt is going on defering the date of refund on their app. The chatbot send the same automated message. The airline has sent an email confirming the refund made to travel agent.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
