I created the refund request on **th Feb, and it's been more than ** days, but I haven't received my refund yet from MMT. The agents have already closed the request without providing any resolution or information on my refund even after my escalation.
This has been really pathetic customer service. One of their agent confirmed in the email on **rd Feb, ****, that I would be getting a refund of Rs. **** with * working days and since then, no one is responding to the calls, no one is responding over the mails, and I am getting only auto-generated mails asking me to wait again and again. What kind of customer service is this?
I am already tired of calling and dropping mails asking for the status again and again.
