I ordered * strips of istamet **/***mg in pharmeasy mobile app , they delivered * strip of **)***mg and another one having the stickers of **/***mg but actually the tablets are the composition of **/****mg. They wrongly stickered over a ****mg as a ***mg. When I received I randomly checked the number of strips received and the name of the tablet but haven't thought to check the composition because of the trust on that site also the Stricker was glowing with correct name. But after consuming the *st two strips when I about to take the *rd strip I noticed the tablet colour was different from my regular only, then while I was comparing the old strip and the newly received one, I noticed they wrongly pasted ***mg over ****mg. I made the complaint but hey said already ** days over they can't do any. But they haven't accept the mistake too, and they carelessly telling it's my mistake that I took * month. Actually * strip has ** tablets , so it's natural that after completing * strips means it will take ** days, then when I took the *rd I noticed it's a wrong. A pharmacist responsibility is to give a correct tablet, even if he give the wrong tablet why he pasted ***mg over ****mg tablet, then they deliberately did this know. It's a blunder mistake. Kindly give a proper solution.
