I add book ticket from MakeMyTrip for **th of April **** with booking ID :
reference number NF **** *** *** ****.
Indigo booking reference number is NHT*TP
The flight was rescheduled by indigo airlines and with the available option I cancel the ticket directly with the airlines and intimated the same to MakeMyTrip.
The airlines made a refund of rupees *****/- to MakeMyTrip without any cancellation charge but MakeMyTrip made a refund of rupees ****/- only claiming that the airlines have charged a cancellation fee of rupees ****/-.
the refund was wrongly calculated by MakeMyTrip as such I want the matter to be resolved and correct refund to be made.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
