Subject: Non-Refund of Money and Unfair Trade Practices by Jio and its Representatives
I am writing to file a complaint against Jio and its representatives for their failure to refund my money despite multiple assurances and promises. Despite contacting the executive team over **-** times, I have not received any satisfactory response.
Details of the Issue:
On **/**/****, I booked a Lead Request (LR*****FYUSL) using my mobile number. However, the sales representative (Sumit Das:+************) provided incorrect information and booked the connection with an incompatible address. To rectify this, I was asked to book by Arpan Das: +************, and Amit Mukherjee: ********** for a new connection with a different number and pay ₹****.**. I was promised a refund after the successful installation of the new connection, but it was never made by the jio and the representative did not pick my call.
Attempts to Resolve:
I have contacted various representatives, including:
*. Chanchal Patra and Rashmi Bharat (Executive Team), who promised a refund within ** working days from **/**/****, but failed to deliver.
*. Santanu (Regional Head: +** ***** *****), who assured me of a refund and cancellation of the order, but did not follow through.
*. Amit Halder (Manager: +** ***** *****), who failed to provide assistance.
Relief Sought:
I request that Jio refunds my money immediately and take action against Amit Mukherjee, Sumit Das, Arpan Das.
I have attached all relevant documents, including communication records and proof of payments, to support my claim.
I request to take immediate action and direct Jio to refund my money, considering the unfair trade practices and harassment caused by their representatives.
