Rajesh filed complaint against Jio air fiber on Dec 20, 2024
I applied for a Jio Fiber connection online by paying ₹** as a preliminary fee,
The following day, two representatives from Jio visited my premises, collected my details, and charged ₹*,*** + ₹****.** for installation. They assured me that the connection would be installed by the end of the day and then left.
Unfortunately, no one came to install the connection as promised, and when I tried to contact them, they ignored my calls and didn't respond to my calls.
The next day, two other representatives arrived, and they said that the connection could not be installed due to a "technical issue" in the area. They unilaterally canceled the order without offering any resolution.
This behavior is both outrageous and disrespectful. Why was the amount collected without verifying the feasibility of installation beforehand? It is the responsibility of Jio team to assess any technical constraints before taking money from customers.
The level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability displayed in this matter is completely unacceptable.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
