I ordered a Jio AirFibre connection on August *th and paid the required ₹**** registration fee, which, according to the "Freedom Offer," would be applied to the *-month plan I choose on the installation day. After making the payment, I received a call from my nearest Jio store, and a representative named Satpal discussed the installation process. However, as soon as he found out that I had already booked online, he became rude. He insisted that I should have come to him instead of booking online, even though I completed the process comfortably from home.
After this unpleasant experience, I decided to cancel my registration. However, I've had no luck contacting Jio AirFibre customer care. Their customer service number, "****-***-****," only plays a recorded message about sending a registration link after the call ends. I also haven't gotten a real response from their email support—just automated replies with instructions that I’ve already tried for the past three days. It feels like I’ve lost my money, and after searching online, I found out that this is a common issue with Jio. It seems almost impossible to cancel an order once it’s placed.
