Jio air fiber - Company is not sharing the refund amount

I had ordered Jio fiber installation on **th Feb **** and it was cancelled by you guys as you misdirected and provided wrong availability of the connection on **st Feb ****.
I have tried multiple time to get in touch with the customer care executive and everytime I have been told that it will take * days for refund. However it will be a month in * days time and I am yet to receive the refund on my jio fiber installation.
