I booked Jio Air Fiber on August *rd, with installation scheduled for August *th, *-* PM. Despite taking a day off and waiting, no engineer arrived. After contacting customer care, I was assured rescheduling, but again, no one came. To my shock, I was later told that my order was put on hold because I allegedly declined the service, which is untrue. No engineer contacted me.
I’ve been repeatedly calling for the past week, requesting either the service or a refund. On August **th, I was told to wait until Monday, August **th, for installation. I took another day off, but again, no one came. The excuses and delays are unacceptable.
I request immediate action to either complete the installation within ** hours or process a full refund. Please address this urgently.
