Wrong Promises I have complain many times to amazon through helpline number regarding this matter since approx *months before and I invested lot of time for submitting evidences regarding this issues, finally last time I am submitting complain regarding this issues, so please carefully understand my problem..Grievance Details I purchased samsung galaxy m** edition **** from Amazon from my friend amzon account. After that, I complaint to amzon from email with proper detail explanation regarding gorilla corning glass * protection.simply I say Amazon provided me wrong information smartphone feature like gorilla glass protection through amzon website and as well as their customers executives.because I contacted to samsung smarphone manufacturer company regarding this issue. Samsung told me that no gorilla glass * protection in this smarphone which has purchased by me.amazon didn't resolved my complaint and did not proper responded me regarding this matter. Amazon is spreading wrong advertising related to this smarphone to all consumer .please take action on this matter. I am attaching some proof like invoice evidences screenshot pdf.. Please refund my fully amount otherwise I will go to consumer court finally sir.please cooperate with me.
