Order no: ************ . I ordered Preethi griender mixer and paid via online. The same I received * days after but wrong and different mixer received like used condition so I immediately contacted them in call but no responsibility so I sent email to them so they requested me to send all side photos so I sent the same but ** days after no responsibility so I multiple times contacted them via email but no responsibility so I get frustrations and mental taruma. So next level I Complaint Registered in department of Consumer affairs but they careless that Complaint also. However, after ** days they partner courier come for pickup but he rejected to pick the product because croma not informed to courier partner pick the product without any check so courier partner only wants Preethi zoadic mixer grinder but I received wrong model product and also he told me we need to check quality and inside product was working or not? So I very very shocked and frustrated. So I finally requested them to cancel the pickup so they was cancelled so I contacted to Croma but one lady very very rude and improve behavior. Now they not ready to help me and no responsibility

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
