Croma A Tata Product - Issue with TV which is under warranty

Dear Croma Support Team,
I am writing to express my serious concern and dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved issue with my TV, which is still under warranty.
The same issue has occurred again, which was previously reported and repaired. During the last complaint, it took around ** days to resolve the problem, causing significant inconvenience to me.
This time, I have already registered a complaint on **th December at **:** AM, but till date no service engineer has contacted me. Despite multiple follow-up calls, no one has answered my calls or provided any update.
This kind of negligence and lack of response from a reputed brand like Croma is extremely disappointing. The repeated issue, prolonged delays, and complete absence of communication are causing me mental harassment and inconvenience.
If my issue is not addressed immediately, I will be left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court and escalate this matter further with all relevant documents and call records.
I request you to treat this matter as urgent and arrange a service visit or replacement at the earliest, and share a clear timeline for resolution.
