*. Ordered Washing machine on **th February ****.
*. Washing machine was delivered on **st February **** with no damage visible from outside.
*. LG service team visited my place on **rd February ****. They unboxed the product and found multiple major dents on the machine metal.
*. LG team raised issues with Croma.
*. The delivery store of Croma Neelamangala is asking to wait till **st March ****. The washing machine which I has ordered is still present in their inventory but they are not willing to replace the product with harassing me. They torturing me mentally. Their customer support is saying that they do not have any info and back team will contact me immediately. But so far no body contacted me from backend.
*. They have the same machine in their inventory. I want the replacement immediately or I want return and refund immediately.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
