Croma A Tata Product - Deliberate delay in Cancellation and Refund

I bought a TCL **inch Tv which was promised to me by the company that it will be delivered on **th in Hyderabad. They ensured me that even if I book it in my hometown Bhopal the Tv will be delivered in Hyderabad which later the Hyderabad Croma refused and now the Company is deliberately delaying refund initiation. Talked to the salesperson as well as customer care but all are using delaying tactics and not providing solution. The response from Indrapuri Bhopal branch is disgusting. I had to send a friend to register a cancellation request but still no progress has been made on the request. The Salesperson is either not picking up calls or just stalling.
