I had ordered for a suit online through their website but what I recieved was completely different, ill-fitting and of very poor quality. I reached out to the customer support via email (Vaishali Shah) and I'm told since the product is not damaged they won't accept it back? What kind of an explanation is this? Their returns policy clearly states 'Wrong product delivered' is one reason we can raise a return for. How can they dupe people this way?? There is no other way I can contact them, no number listed, no address listed. They have stopped responding to my emails. What do I even do?
