Wrong item delivered. On raising return request, the email team says the item delivered is in good condition and they wont accept return. On calling a number on the internet, the guy forces me to share my bank name for UPI transactions and then shares a link to share my UPI pin. He has been extremely rude and speaking nonsense all the time. I need my money and want such fraudsters to stop business.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
