Utsavsuits.com - Not accepting return for the wrong item delivered

This was my first time purchase with utsavsuits. When the item was delivered it did not match the colour and quality given in description. I asked for return. They did not agree. I even requested for exchange it with the right item. They are not ready to take it back saying they will accept return only for the products that are damaged or defective. Whatever their return policy says, when they deliver wrong item, its their mistake. They have to take proper action for that. Instead they are making me to keep the item which I did not order.
