I ordered a salwar suit shown in the Utsav suits website but when I received the product it was off completely different product cheap quality material of not even *** rupee worth. I spent **** on this order. The second thing is it was damaged. As per their return policy, I lodge the complaint I immediately next day of receiving the parcel but the pH.no. they have displayed is not working. I mailed the complete details to them but they are not replying to any of them. I received the order on **-*-**** and mailed them on **-*-**** to refund the amount for send the damaged product.
