Paytm Mall - Wrong Product Delivered

*. Order placed with paytm on the **th of Nov **** for R For Rabbit Designer Folding Pram - Chocolate Ride. order id ********** for my * month old Daughter then.

*. Got a call from an unknown number from Ratlam calming to be the seller, and told me that he is not going to send the product I ordered for, but will only send one of the products in the photo he sent me and he will give me a free gift. I refused stating, I wanted the product I ordered for. He asked me to cancel the order, if not I will not get my money back. I refused to cancel the order, and the order was shipped on **th Nov.

*. I called Paytm on the **th and informed about the seller contacting me directly, and was assured that “I will get the product I ordered for ”. Ref Number ********

*. The product I ordered was about **kg but I received the product on **th of November, and it was a small package mentioned as ****gms(Weight of the product I ordered for) but it is not even ***gms I suppose. I have still not opened the package.

*. After there were numerous calls made to paytm with my concern and no one helped me, the calls were for more than ** min and they disconnected the call by Yogesh. Ref numbers – ********.

*. On the **th November a general email was sent, and I got a response only on the **th November asking for pictures to be sent, and no response until *th Dec, when they initiated the refund without calling me to confirm.

*. I refused to return, as I want the product I ordered.

*. After exchanging emails daily until **th Dec, the case was closed with my consent.
