I ordered Sony Wf-****XM* on **th January **** and got it delivered to me in one day.
when it got delivered to me and when i opened it i was shock to see it and distressed as it was a totally different product which i have ordered, apart from this the wrong product i had received was of higher value than i ordered that is ***** INR and name of the product is Sennheiser momentum wireless *.
I did not waste no time and called amazon support and explained them whole scenario and they took their own time and asked for photos which i sent them. The executive asked we to wait and talk to his senior and then get back to me. After a long hold she validated the situation and created the return pickup for ** january.
On **th jan pickup boy came and seeing it he advised me to use it at was new , seal packed and higher value product than i ordered but i still insisted on returning it. So he took it with him and return was successful.
I was told when the product will reach to seller , the refund will get initiated.
And the product reached to Amazon warehouse on ** January and status changed to product received in amazon app.
Next day i called for Amazon support and asked the status for my refund , and they replied that it will come in *-* business days and so i waited. But it never came. On ** jan they refused me of refund stating that product you have sent is incorrect.
what i have received it i have sent to amazon and their pickup boy also validated it.
without validation he would also not picked it up.
So my *****₹ is already with them and that wrong product which was of *****₹ is with them at their place .
i asked for my refund of the order they are refusing is again and again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
