I have ordered a pair of Asics black running shoes from Myntra on **/*/**** and I have made a payment through my Credit Card. After a week the product which was delivered to me were blue colour shoes. Immediately I have noticed myntra support team regarding this wrong product delivery along with the pictures for the proof. I have reached customer support for almost ** - ** times through call but I have not received any rational solution for this issue. They are not allowing me to exchange it or even return it to them. The only thing the support agents from Myntra are telling me several times is they have investigated the issue and the product has declared as failed the quality check. Their final conclusion is they cant accept the return or exchange because of the quality check has been failed. To be frank, none of their team has reached out to me personally to check the quality of the product. They are simply playing around me by not providing the proper solution even after calling so many times. I have tried to talk with the Head supervisor - Escalations team of Myntra who himself is telling me that they have delivered me the correct product and they cant help me anything about this issue. I got fed up completely after complaining so many times. I have tried to explain them like by the time I have opened the package there was blue colour shoes inside the box and raised the complaint also. But nothing happened positively until now. I am very much tired of wasting my time waiting in the hold while trying to reach customer support team of Myntra.
