I had purchased a Joylukkas gold coin on **th December worth **,*** on *th December (Order ID # ******* **************) and returned on **th December since the package was tampered and I had also uploaded the pics. I have called ** times since then and haven't gotten my refund yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
