Amazon India - Wrong Product Delivered by Amazon

I had bought a Samsung Note ** phone on Amazon in October ****, but they delivered a cheap keypad phone instead. The package didn't have signs of tampering, hence I received it. However, the product inside was not what I had ordered. I complained to Amazon that very instant and they promised to investigate. I also raised this issue on their Facebook page, but I always received the standard answer that the package was delivered in intact condition. They very cleverly ignored the fact that I was complaining about the wrong product inside and not the package. Their logistics team had clearly made a mistake and delivered a cheap phone, instead of the high end phone ordered by me. After repeated follow-ups and no help from Amazon, I filed a complaint on the national consumer helpline but again, they gave me the standard answer via the portal. Hence, I would now like to hold them accountable for duping me of my hard earned money. I want a refund of my money. By the way, no one from Amazon gave me a single call when their so called investigation was on, so I wonder how they conducted the investigation. They had all the resources to run a fair investigation, which they clearly didn't. I have also filed a police complaint for the same.
