Hi sir, I had ordered singer promise sewing machine on **th March and a cheap quality toy was delivered to me with the singer promise bill on it on **th March. I immediately requested a return on the same day and after repeated calls and mails a agent picked it up on *th April. They were refusing to pick it up because they were demanding me to give them the sewing machine which I never got information place.
Later they promised that refund will be done in * days and now it’s **th April they are saying that the refund is stuck. I was saving up the money to buy sewing machine to start a hobby that will help me with the depression I’m goin through for personal reasons and this whole incident have caused my depression to a level where I cry myself to sleep every night regretting ordering it from Amazon. Due to covid I have an unpaid job and I’m struggling to earn some money meanwhile Amazon has conned me with my hard earned money which is very unfair. I respectfully request you to please help me get my money back. I do not have any money left to pay any more lawyer as I have already lodge a complaint through consumer court but in this world of digital means and covid situation they are still communicating through physical letter which is totally unacceptable and is not really fetching any results.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
