SHIVAM filed complaint against Ajio on Apr 23, 2025
I had ordered a bag on **th april it was delivered to me on **th april and when the delivery boy called me it was damaged packing scratchs so when i denied he told that it does happen in transport. when i taken it i made video for my security i made unboxing video as well so when i opened the box the i got a black bag of different size it does had aramani exchange tag on it sealed tag but the bag was totally different first i prefer to keep it but next moment its different from the bag i ordered so i requested them help me out raised complaint consumer forum all thing i dont there is anything i could I want help to make this work its been alreay *-* days since im waitinf them there is no any hope and any believe on them they are just sayin due to operational issue we cant do anything and investigation done is totally improper so i would like to say that raise a proper cosnumer court if they still wont accept there apology and legal court notice will be sent to them and the manufactuer.I request to help me for this inconevince caused to me.
