I have ordered * product from Ajio and received the same on **th June ****, but because of your internal technician or anything issue the order status was not updated. However after multiple calls, mails and complaint the issue of order status was updated.
But now the another issue raised regarding refund status, * product is returned successfully but another one can't be returned it shows delivery was not done.
What is going on to AJIO, this was my first and last order to Ajio. The kind of issue I have faced since ** to ** days regarding product status and refund and all I'm getting just done.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
