Ajio - Account blocked unfairly

Despite my number of returns beings lower, ajio has blocked four of my accounts. They would send me used products with stains and dirt, some of them torn and damaged and some missing products of a set, some of different brand as shown. And would cancel many of them. Upon returning one one item they would block my accounts for their faults. Being a loyal customer for years they still put me through mental stress. If someone wants to shop further, the company would block al of the accounts saying system has auto caught while it be their fault. They charge high convenience fees plus delivery charges plus platform fee, still they have this ridiculous unjustified system of blocking accounts.
