Ajio has been sending me multiple wrong orders, damaged products and torn products. Upon returning they would block my id each and every time. Even after notifying the grievance team, they would say it is my fault so they are blocking my account for returns. How unprofessional. They even charges thousands of of convenience fees for return yet block account.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
