I ordered a set of * lehengas on Utsavsuits.com but I got totally different and cheap quality products. The delivered product is totally different from the product given on site. They have not provided their customer care number too anywhere. When I asked for return they said as the product is not damaged we will not accept the return. This site is fraud because
*. They mentioned no delivery charges but they took.
*. They have not mentioned anywhere that they will not fulfil return and refunds. They have written easy return and refund on site.
*. They show different product images and description on site and deliver cheap and worth *** Rs * meters cloth.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
