DTDC - Wrong package delivered

A laptop had to delivered to Gurugram. Due to mishandling the courier partner had packed a wrong laptop and delivered it. The correct laptop was delivered to Dispur, Assam. Tracking id for that is D********It has been over one month and the courier partner has not returned me or at the delivery location the correct laptop. DTDC is not doing anything and just delaying the matter. I have to deliver the laptop in due time otherwise its cost will be deducted from my salary since it was a company laptop. The correct laptop was picked up on **th April but it is still not delivered to Jamshedpur and I have no proof regarding that and they are just delaying to give me the tracking id. Worst courier service till date. It has been over a month.
