Bewakoof.com - Wrong order delivered and refund fraud

I ordered shoes from bewakoof.com on **st June **** but they sent me wrong shoes so i returned them and i got a refund of *** rupees in my wallet. Then i reordered the shoes i wanted but they delivered me the wrong shoes again on **th June
Then i issued a return of them and i recived a message from bewakoof that ** rupees will be refunded once the order is picked up but i had paid *** rupees for them actually so when the guy came for return i did not return the shoes i cancelled it i wrote several messeges to bewakoof but they didn't reply with a solution to my problem and i tried calling the no. For queries which they sent me i also entered the right registered mobile no. But it said that the information from your end is invalid. So basically there is no way to contact them they won't respond to the mails i sent and they delivered me the wrong shoes twice and now they won't refund my money.
